About this workshop:

As part of this workshop, the team at DC Advisory will provide insights into the M&A process from the perspective of different roles within the deal team. Through a practical overview, participants will learn how transactions are structured and executed, and how responsibilities differ across positions such as Managers, Associates and other team members. The session aims to give a multifaceted look at how deals are prepared, analyzed and brought to completion in practice.  

In addition, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, engage in professional exchange, and obtain information about internship opportunities.
